Commissioners Help Break Ground for Towpath Trail Phase IV

Local dignitaries, including INDOT Deputy Commissioner Bob Alderman, State Senator David Long, Allen County Commissioner Linda Bloom and Aboite New Trails Executive Director Lori Keys, break ground for Phase IV of the Towpath Trail

Ground was broken Tuesday for Phase IV of the Towpath Trail in Allen County.  Aboite New Trails and the Allen County Board of Commissioners hosted the noon ceremony on the Towpath Trail alignment at Coventry Meadows.
