2. Memorandum of Agreement between the counties of Adams, Allen, LaGrange, Noble, Steuben, Wells and Whitley for Brownfield Assessment Coalition.
3. Bid award for Digital Menu Board System Bid# 02-12 to Texas Digital Systems, Inc at a bid of $186,255.00 on behalf of the Memorial Coliseum.
4. Agreement between the Board of Commissioners and StreeTime Technologies for lease of substance abuse screening system on behalf of Community Corrections.
5. Supplemental # 1 for Rule 5 between the Allen County Board of Commissioners and A & Z Engineering for Pulver Rd from Pion Rd to Gump Rd, Project # 0500212. Cost - $4,000.
6. Warranty Deed – Flutter Rd from SR 3 to Coldwater Rd, Project # 05-276

a. Bremer Rd at Bruick Rd – post a 4-way Stop for 30 days until June 17, 2012, then remove Stop signs on Bruick Rd for Bremer Rd. Due to Fort to Port – changing that Bruick Rd stops for Bremer Rd to Bremer Rd to stop for Bruick Rd.
b. Green Rd at Seiler Rd – post a 4-way Stop for 30 days until June 17, 2012, then remove Stop signs on Seiler Rd for Green Rd. Change that Seiler Rd stops for Green Rd to Green Rd stops for Seiler Rd.
