The functions of LEPC are carried-out in the Allen County Office of Homeland Security located in the Edwin J. Rousseau Centre at 1 E. Main St, Suite 754, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM weekdays. 

 Tier 2 reporting information 

Beginning January 1, 2016, facilities need to submit their Tier 2 reports to IDHS using a new online portal known as Tier 2 Manager at www.in.gov/dhs/3893.htm Visit our Tier 2 Reporting page for more information.
 
Lori Mayers receives the 2019 Indiana Emergency Response Commission Chairperson's Award

The Indiana Emergency Response Commission (IERC) Chairperson’s Award is presented to Lori Mayers in recognition of her commitment to public service.  The Chairperson’s award is the highest award given by the IERC annually.  It is a testament to Lori’s diligent work (for over 32 years) ensuring that the Allen County Local Emergency Planning Commission (LEPC) is meeting our preparedness needs and strengthening our public-private team for a more-secure and resilient community. On behalf of Laura Steadham, the Chairperson of the Indiana Emergency Response Commission, we congratulate Lori on this accomplishment.
