The final Commissioners' Night Out meeting of the spring will take place this Thursday evening in Grabill.
The meeting will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the South Park Pavilion, 13131 Indiana Street. Citizens will have an opportunity during the public forums to meet Commissioners Bill Brown, Nelson Peters and Linda Bloom face-to-face, give their input on issues important to them and learn about the workings of county government. "We've had good turnouts at our previous Commissioners' Night Out meetings in New Haven and Harlan and look forward to meeting with the citizens of Grabill," said Commissioner Brown. This is the fifth year that the Board of Commissioners has offered the town hall-style meetings, but the first year that meetings will be held during both the spring and fall seasons. An announcement on the locations for the three meetings in September and October will come later this year. |
