| Clerk’s Records Management Division Moving June 19 |

The Records Management Division of the Allen County Clerk of the Courts will be moving at the end of this week.
On Friday, June 19, the division will be relocating to Room 202 on the second floor of the Allen County Courthouse, across and down the hall from its current location in Room 203. The phone numbers for employees of the division will not change because of the move. The relocation will place Records Management in closer proximity to the Clerk's Child Support and Financial Divisions. "We will make every attempt to have at least one computer up and running so that no disruption in service for copy orders will be experienced," said Clerk of the Courts Therese M. Brown. "However, there may be some disruption in phone service and in our record search capabilities." Attorneys, title companies and research firms which use the division's DoxPop system should be able to continue accessing the service during the move. Additionally, the public research terminals on the second floor of the Courthouse should not be affected by the move. |
