| New Allen County Wheel Tax, Surtax Rates Approved |

The Allen County Council today approved increases in the county's wheel tax and surtax rates to continue to repair, rehabilitate and replace all roads, streets and bridges in Allen County. The new rates go into effect on January 1, 2010 and remain in effect through December 31, 2017.
