John Stafford of the City-County Facilities Working Group explains his panel's recommendations regarding joint usage issues to the Allen County Commissioners and Mayor Tom Henry The City-County Facilities Working Group presented its recommendations and observations regarding joint usage of the City-County Building and 200 East Berry Street to the Allen County Board of Commissioners and Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry today. The Working Group consists of Pat Roller, City Controller; Mark Royse, County Deputy Director of Economic Development; and John Stafford, Director of the IPFW Community Research Institute.
