The Allen County Commissioners have issued a Level 3 winter weather advisory for unincorporated portions of Allen County. Level 3 means routine travel or activities may be restricted in areas because of a hazardous situation. Citizens should use caution or avoid these areas. Schools and businesses may begin to implement their emergency action plans. The Level 3 advisory was issued after consultations with the Allen County Highway Department and the Allen County Sheriff’s Department. Both departments report increasingly slick conditions on roads throughout the county. The Level 3 advisory will remain in effect until further notice.
