The Allen County Board of Commissioners is scheduled to consider new district boundaries for Commissioners and County Council at its meeting on December 22. Maps of the proposed boundaries for both Commissioners and Council districts can be viewed at the Board of Commissioners office in Suite 410 of Citizens Square or online at www.allencounty.us. The redistricting process occurs every ten years following the U.S. Census and is done to adjust districts based on population changes so that all are proportionately equal. |
