Public Access Tax Information

Pay with a Credit Card
Credit card services are provided by GovPay. You will need to know your bill Duplicate number and the amount you wish to pay. If you do not know your Duplicate number, Click Here and you will be taken to our Public Access Tax Information lookup where you can find your property and duplicate number. If prompted, our PLC number is 6574. There is a 3.5% fee for Credit Card payment with a $3.50 minimum.
Single Electronic Payment
Authorize your Allen County Treasurer to make a "one time" withdrawal from your designated account. Just click on the link above to access the payment form. You will need account information from your tax bill along with your bank routing number and checking or savings account number. Note: You can obtain property tax information online using the Public Access Tax Information look-up described above.
Spring/Fall Payment Option
Have the full amount of your installment automatically deducted from your checking account on property tax due day. Click on the link above to complete an application. Please make note of the application due dates. Your taxes will be deducted from the account you chosse on tax due day. (Note: The current installment may not be eligible for this payment option based upon the date of your application.)
Monthly Pay Plan
Have a specified amount automatically deducted each month from your checking or savings account. This service allows taxpayers to spread their payments over a number of months. Click on the link above to create your account, enter information and select day and amount of payment. Step by step instructions are available on the Treasurer's home page.

E-mail Notices
You can sign up to receive an e-mail reminder that property taxes are due. This especially helpful for travelers who may not get their mail on a regular basis. Simply sign up for reminder e-mails on our home page! We send only one bill in the spring with two stubs (spring and fall). Let us reduce the risk of forgetting the fall installment. We will send you an e-mail reminding when your fall installment is due. When you sign up, you will receive a confirmation e-mail within minutes asking you to confirm that you did, in fact, sign up. You must confirm before you will begin receiving e-mails.
