The 2012 Tax Sale will be held September 12, 2012 in the Omni Room at Citizens Square.  The 2012 Certified Tax Sale List will be posted during July.  Please see below for more information regarding the 2012 Tax Sale. 

Basic Tax Sale Information

Unsold Tax Sale Properties

Unsold properties from the tax sale will be certified to the Board of Commissioners and subsequently assigned and deeded to the Allen County Community Development Corp (ACCDC) for resale to the public.  For information concerning ACCDC properties, please contact their office at (260) 449-7199 or click on the link to visit their website, ACCDC.
