In response to the NPDES Phase II Storm Water Program regulations, the Allen County Board of Commissioners approved the Allen County Stormwater Management Ordinance to regulate construction and post-construction site runoff and to address illegal discharges and dumping into any conveyance, watercourse, or waterbody. Additionally, the Allen County Technical Standards Manual provides the necessary technical standards for administering the requirements of Rule 13 and the Allen County Stormwater Management Ordinance.
