2010 Tax Sale Information will be available in August 2010.

Basic Tax Sale Information
If a property is delinquent for anything over two tax installments, it is eligible for the tax sale. 

It is highly recommended that anyone wishing to participate in the tax sale, download, read and understand the tax sale information given. Not understanding the rules of the tax sale or carefully evaluating the property you are bidding on could result in unanticipated financial loss.

Unsold properties from the tax sale will be certified to the Board of Commissioners and subsequently given to Not-for-Profit organizations or sold to individuals through the Building Department.  For information concerning certified properties, please contact the Building Department at (260) 449-7131.
