The 2011 Tax Sale was held October 5, 2011.  We will update this site for 2012 Tax Sale information as it is available.

Basic Tax Sale Information

Unsold Tax Sale Properties

Unsold properties from the tax sale will be certified to the Board of Commissioners and subsequently assigned and deeded to the Allen County Community Development Corp (ACCDC) for resale to the public.  For information concerning ACCDC properties, please contact their office at (260) 449-7199 or click on the link to visit their website, ACCDC.
