Allen County Government recognizes the WorkEthic Certificate Program.

The State of Indiana will award a WorkEthic Certificate to any eligible high school student who has successfully demonstrated the core traits sought by employers in the global economy: teamwork, discipline, commitment, responsibility and more. This certificate will serve as validation to employers that the student has successfully displayed strong work habits that will foster success in higher education and the workplace. 		1411
